NMS Holding has been slowly but steadily entering commercial real estate market since 2019. Its strategy is to own commercial real estates for owner occupied businesses where possible depending on the market. NMS Holding has acquired multiple land/properties and developed those properties for its restaurants. Currently, NMS Holding has sites under planning/construction phase for development in few different markets in Maryland and Virginia.
